Abu Garcia's lightest, most compact spinning reel to date, the Abu Garcia REVO MGXtreme Spinning Reel features a number of innovative features that promise airy performance, without sacrificing anything in terms of durability or strength. To eliminate as much unnecessary weight as possible, the Abu Garcia REVO MGXtreme Spinning Reel employs Abu Garcia's new CMG rotor concept and X-Mag alloy gear box, which provides a lighter overall construction and reduced start-up inertia, making it better suited for light line and tackle. Setting the benchmark for finesse performance, the Abu Garcia REVO MGXtreme Spinning Reel features 11 stainless steel HPCR bearings (Salt Shield ball bearings for pinion gear and line roller) and a Carbon Matrix Drag System, which provides this lightweight workhorse with enough muscle to handle big fish. For increased efficiency when casting, the Abu Garcia REVO MGXtreme Spinning Reel is fitted with Abu's Rocket line management system, providing improvements in distance and accuracy. Finished with a compact, bent carbon handle with cork knob, the Abu Garcia REVO MGXtreme Spinning Reel offers airy, yet rugged design that caters to the demands of finesse anglers.
