Palm Beach Fishing Report Apr 5, 2020 | Fishing Forecast

What's Biting Inshore in Palm Beach

What is being caught right now? Snook fishing has been fairly productive inshore despite the limited access just about everywhere. As the Snook begin moving towards the inlet for their summertime spawn, it is best to choose bridges that are close to the inlet to fish right now. Nighttime will still give you the best opportunities at catching some nice Snook on the bridges with Flair Hawks, Swimbaits and Shrimp lures.

What's Biting Offshore Palm Beach

Sailfish, Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna are all being caught in 150-250’ of water this week. All three of these species are willingly eating kite baits intended for Sailfish, but trolling a spread including a variety of small feathers and daisy chains tipped with Ballyhoo or Bonita strips is a great option for covering more water and finding some fish. Kingfish fishing reports started coming back in this week from the 120’ ledge and the bottom fishing has been good in 80-100’ using sardines for bait.

West Palm Beach Pier-Surf Fishing Report

The surf and pier fishing is on fire right now, however the beaches and piers are all closed due to COVID so no reports coming in from the surf guys.
